Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Chantelle & Jodie’s through our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which do not affect your statutory rights.

Our Products

We sell personalised and non-personalised cards, mugs, gift sets and other gift products.

Product photographs and mock-ups are provided to show designs as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printing process or materials used.

Personalised Orders

When ordering a personalised product, please check that all information you provide is correct, including names, ages, photographs and wording.

We will normally produce your item using the information exactly as submitted.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice a mistake after ordering. If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Card & Mug Sets

Where a product allows separate Card Wording and Mug Wording, please check both selections carefully before completing your order.

If you are purchasing only a card or only a mug, select Not Applicable for the item you are not purchasing where this option is provided.

Orders & Payment

Payment must be made when placing your order.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

We may cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or where we reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently. Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

The total cost of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but this does not affect your statutory rights regarding delivery.

Local Collection

Where available, you can select local collection during checkout and choose from the available collection times.

Please wait until your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Cancellations & Returns

Products genuinely personalised or made to your specifications are generally exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

Eligible non-personalised products may be cancelled and returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for clear photographs of the product, packaging or damage to help us investigate.

Photographs submitted as evidence should be genuine and accurately represent the item received. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary.

Photographs are not a mandatory condition of exercising your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other solution.

Intellectual Property

The designs, artwork, photographs, branding and other original content displayed on our website belong to Chantelle & Jodie’s or are used with appropriate permission or licence.

Our original content may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design rights to the purchaser.

Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

Occasionally mistakes may occur. Where we discover a significant error affecting an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution.

Our Responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Information about how we collect and use personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
