Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to make and dispatch your order as quickly as possible while ensuring everything is carefully prepared and packaged.

Processing Times

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

As many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary during particularly busy periods. Any different processing time will be shown on the relevant product page.

UK Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail for our standard UK deliveries.

  • Cards – Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Mugs & Gift Sets – Royal Mail Tracked 48

Additional delivery options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Standard card orders sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class may not include tracking.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery service selected.

You will be able to see the delivery charge before completing your purchase.

Local Collection

Local collection is available from us in Shrewsbury.

Select Collection during checkout and choose from the available collection times. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

Please wait until your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delivery delays can occur.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we'll help investigate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
